I think I came out the womb curious.

I've always been fascinated by people. Not what they do, but who they are, what they're capable of, and the moments that can quickly turn life on its head.

That curiosity has shaped every chapter of my career and my strong intuition has catapulted me into finding those who need me.

As a photojournalist, storyteller and strategist, I've spent more than twenty years working alongside founders, charities, communities and organisations, looking beyond what people do to uncover what makes them remarkable. It doesn’t matter what you do, it is just having the desire to make it as good as it can possibly be. This is your dream after all!

The people doing the most meaningful work often found it the hardest to see the value they already possessed.

The work I am in love with is helping my fellow humans recognise their sparkling potential, articulate their value with confidence and build businesses that feel like a true reflection of who they are.
