Hi, I am Grace or Gracie. For as long as I can remember, I have been curious about my fellow humans and the exciting adventure of life.

Not just what someone does for work, but the journey that led them there. The decisions, the risks, the moments that quietly change everything.

Over the years that curiosity and seeing potential has shaped my career in unexpected ways.

I’ve worked across communications, leadership, and creative storytelling, helping organisations and individuals articulate what matters and why their work deserves to be seen.

Again and again I noticed the same pattern. Founders and leaders were doing meaningful work, yet their brands often failed to reflect the depth of what they had built. Others had reached a moment where their work had evolved, yet their photos, films and brand story hadn’t managed to keep up and no longer sounded like them.

It cost them clients, confidence and time. Most importantly it dulled their sparkle when it should have lit them up!

When we bunkered down and that story was uncovered, everything changed.

Confidence grew in both the leader and the team.
Direction became clearer.
The brand or business finally felt aligned with the person behind it.
